Kaya graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015. Kaya worked as a property lawyer in a boutique law firm in Melbourne before joining Rotman and Morris in 2017.
Kaya has experience in Wills, Commercial Leasing and Property Law. Her expertise includes drafting Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Retail and Non-Retail Leases, managing Lease defaults, renewals, variations and transfers of Leases, contract reviews for sale of land and sale of business, conveyancing for sales and purchases including Self-Managed Superannuation Fund acquisitions, etc.
Kaya enjoys travelling and she spends a lot of her free time overseas skiing. She also enjoys camping, reading and attending theatre productions and musicals.
